QODESHIM

Limited Edition Clothing — Terms & Conditions

1. Limited Edition Orders

Qodeshim operates on a limited-release basis. Each collection and design is released in limited quantities, and once an item has sold out, it will not be restocked or reproduced as part of that release.

Every purchase represents an opportunity to own a piece from a specific release. Once the collection is gone, that release is considered complete.

2. No Restocks or Reproductions

All limited-release items are exclusive to their original drop. Customers should not expect future restocks, repeat production, or the opportunity to purchase the same design again once it has sold out.

Qodeshim reserves the right to introduce new collections and designs in the future, but these will not necessarily include previously released items.

3. All Sales Are Final — Returns and Exchanges

Please choose your size, colour and item carefully before completing your purchase.

Qodeshim aims to maintain a final-sale policy for limited-release products. However, this policy does not override any applicable statutory consumer rights. Where a legal right to cancel, return or obtain a remedy applies, customers will retain those rights.

For eligible purchases, customers must follow the applicable cancellation or returns procedure. Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Sizing and Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides and available product images before ordering. Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings.

Please contact Qodeshim before purchasing if you require clarification about sizing or product details.

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address, contact details, selected size and order information are correct at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be provided where available. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, production schedules or circumstances outside our control. Any applicable cancellation rights and legal obligations remain unaffected.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Qodeshim, you acknowledge that our products may be released in limited quantities and that sold-out designs may never return. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing the product details and selecting the correct item before ordering.
